This video summarises the four different methods of ‘psychotherapy’, which is often referred to as the talking cure and can be just as effective to medication. Physiotherapy involves the patient talking about their problems and conflicts in the hope of relieving some of the symptoms of depression and changing their behaviours that contribute to the condition.
