Ed Mitchell has always wanted something like the Archway Centre. It’s an informal café and resource centre available to any member of the public but of particular interest to those people who are concerned about their alcohol intake and need more information or help to control or cease their drinking.
The centre was opened by Councillor Phil Davies who is Non Executive Director of NHS Wirral.
