Ed Mitchell, Inexcess Television’s very own Alan Whicker reports from Mauritius on the risks of relapse on holiday.
Figures show that people say they drink up to three times as much as they normally do when they’re on holiday. For most there’s an automatic association between being on holiday and alcohol consumption. So for the recovering alcoholic, there’s a real risk of relapse. Ed offers some advice on how to avoid returning to drinking and get even more out of your holidays.
