Inexcess Personal Stories: Rob tells us how he escaped a chaotic life of crime and addiction through listening to others in group therapy whilst in prison. Initially through voluntary work and then working as criminal justice worker, Rob has rebuilt his life on the outside, and he is now working as a trainee therapist in Newcastle.
